User data is collected through the videogame. Multiple logins with the same account are prohibited and can lead to account cancellation. THE ENTITY is not liable for any losses incurred during the use of the game.

7.1 Registration for SYLVARCON:2049

Access to the game is granted post-payment. An internet connection is required for downloading content and submitting game flags and answers.

7.2 Access to Laboratories:

The access to the laboratories via VPN for the Ethan challenges will be available for 90 days from the date of purchase. After this period, it is possible to extend the access or request the virtual machines for download and offline deployment.

REVOCATION OF CERTIFICATIONS

Disclosure of exam nature, process, or responses is prohibited. THE ENTITY reserves the right to revoke certifications in cases of cheating, identity fraud, or violation of cyber laws.
